Get to know me

Hi, I’m Iris. I love all things cozy and have enjoyed reading and writing for as long as I can remember, I’m talking pre-school and elementary! I figured what’s the harm in turning this passion into something more? Becoming a mother has lit a new fire under me and I want to be an example to my precious baby girl that all things are truly possible.

While I’m an avid homebody I also love trying new things, especially travelling to new places. I’ve been bitten by the travel bug and my desire to travel has grown tremendously! I hope to share many travels with you all.

Until then… I’m probably off somewhere snuggled into a soft cuddly blanket, the sweet scent of a dimly lit candle wafting all around me, with my nose in a book that’s set in some beautiful faraway land.
